Description

A rectangular glass tank measuring 30cm long by
10cm wide has a diagonal dividing partition so
that an absorbing “wedge” of coloured liquid can
be examined.
The moveable saddle contains a battery powered
LED source and Phototransistor detector giving
an output which can be monitored on a standard
multimeter. The system provides an original
investigation at senior level.
