Gymnova has developed the proprioceptio range of apparatus to train gymnasts technically and physically in order to improve balance and stability. When using the different products, gymnasts are supporting themselves on a mobile surface (suspended stand), which means they are constantly having to find their balance. These tools are ideal for developing balance, strengthening muscles and preventing strain injuries in stressed joints.
