It may be used on an exercise floor or on a track, but never directly on a hard floor. it allows numerous repetitions to be made and allows the gymnast to attempt more difficult elements with confidence. it makes specific physical strengthening easier. supplied with carrying handles and velcro at the edges to create 10 m long tracks.
